How much does it cost to store at Gateshead Self Storage?

We have a large range of various unit sizes and prices. Call our staff if your unsure what size
you need in our price list, and they will find a size to suit your budget and needs.




Do I need to provide my own padlock?

External pad locks are provided, internal storage, bring your own.




Do any other customers at Gateshead Self Storage have access to my unit?

No. You are the only one who can access your unit. You will have your own lock and you keep
the key.




Will Gateshead Self Storage accept deliveries on my behalf?

Yes we will. However our staff need to be advised of the size of the delivery and if they will be
required to use the forklift.




Are your outside containers on A hard-standing?

The whole of the Yard and outside storage areas are on either concrete or tarmac.




Is Gateshead Self Storage open on public holidays?

The office is closed on bank holidays. But all outside storage has 24/7 access.




What happens if I have a problem in the facility after hours?

A staff member does have a mobile phone that can be contacted after hours. Please note that this
number is only to be called in extreme circumstances out of hours Mobile: 07870867809.




Do I have to pay for insurance?

Having insurance is by no means compulsory. However we do strongly recommend that you have it.




Can I move out any time?

Yes you can provided you have called the office and given one weeks notice prior to vacating.




Does my unit have power?

None of the units at Gateshead Self Storage have power in them.
